PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTED DATA

The collected personal data will be used to verify and confirm the identity of the individual who wishes to contract or has contracted any of our products, create a file for follow-up and identification of the Data Subject, and carry out the necessary steps related to the business relationship with VILLAS LEEMBAL. This includes quotations, management, billing, administration, transmission, transfer, clarifications, conducting internal or external audits, and preventing fraud or other illegal activities.

SECONDARY PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTED DATA

CONSENT

The Data Subject acknowledges having read the Full Privacy Notice for Clients and/or Users, understands which personal data is collected, the purposes of its processing, and the transfers made by VILLAS LEEMBAL, and gives consent to the processing of their personal data as described.

ARCO RIGHTS

In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you and/or your legal representative may at any time exercise your ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition), as provided by law. You may also revoke any previously given consent for the processing of your data.

Each right is independent and may be exercised separately.
